I’m also an occasional coder, usually modifying programs I find that almost but not quite entirely meet my needs, in whatever language I happen to find them in. I’m trying to focus on Perl at the moment, but I’ve dabbled with PHP, Visual Basic and others. I’ve written a plugin for Wordpress that you may read about and download from my wordpress page.
The rest of my time is usually divided between my photography and mountain biking.
The word “c0dedbad” isn’t really a word at all. It’s a 32-bit hexadecimal value (3235830701 if you were wondering) that just happens to look something like a word. It’s what’s known in programming circles as a magic number.
c0dedbad.com will primarily be a home for any coding I do, such as my Categorical Links Page plugin for Wordpress and my still-in-the-planning-stages firewall log graphing tool, to be written in perl.
I will also be posting here about IT security and information assurance, as it is one of my primary interests and my current career path.
